BRAND IDENTITY
Brand identity design for a new real estate team, Haven by McCann. After gaining success in the City of Brotherly Love, my clients decided to launch a new team in a suburban market and needed to attract a different clientel. Because Haven exists underneath their existing Keller Williams umbrella, we needed to incorporate the distinctive red from the KW palette.
I developed a brand strategy, created the full brand identity, and provided design consultation as they got closer to launching. The wordmark balances a classic serif with a few custom flourishes that give it a bit of a modern edge. The sub-marks are a nod to the historical township signage, which helps to convey the team’s knowledge of the neighborhood.
